Step 1: Document Submission
To begin the passport processing assistance, the applicant should provide:
Original National ID
Applicant National ID
A NIRA confirmation letter is required if the applicant does not have the original National ID, for example, if it was lost, the applicant has not yet registered for a National ID, or the National ID is still under process.
Parents' National ID Copies
Father's copy is highly recommended.
An affidavit is required if the applicant does not have copies of the parents' National IDs, especially the father's National ID copy. However, if the applicant has the father's National ID copy only, it can be accepted.

Step 2: Application Filling, Assessment & Payment
After receiving the required documents, our team assists in filling the Uganda passport application correctly via the official Uganda Passport Application system. We then generate the passport assessment for the official legal passport fees and guide the applicant through the required payment process.

Step 3: Appointment Scheduling & Follow-Up
Once the application and payment process is complete, Maqam Travels assists in scheduling the passport appointment for the applicant.
Our team also follows up on the application progress and guides the applicant where necessary throughout the process.
Step 4: Passport Pick-Up
Once the passport is ready, the passport must be picked up by the owner in person.
